How does the 100-night mattress trial work?
We want you to love your sleep. You can try any Endy® mattress in your own home for 100 nights. If you decide it is not the right fit within that period, we will arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund.
What makes the Endy Comfort Foam unique?
Unlike traditional memory foam, our proprietary Endy Comfort Foam is open-air cell structured. This provides optimal pressure relief, eliminates motion transfer, and remains temperature-neutral regardless of the season.
How is the mattress shipped and how long does it take?
Our mattresses are compressed and shipped in a compact box directly to your door. Shipping is free to all Canadian provinces, and most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
Does the Endy Mattress require a specific bed frame?
The Endy Mattress is designed to work on any firm, flat surface. This includes slatted bases (with slats no more than 3 inches apart), platform beds, or even the floor. Using a box spring is also acceptable if it is in good condition.
Are Endy products eco-friendly and safe?
Yes, all our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, heavy metals, or formaldehyde, and have low VOC emissions for indoor air quality.
What is covered under the Endy warranty?
The Endy Mattress is backed by a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and indentations greater than one inch, ensuring your investment is protected for a decade.
